“I started this cleanse thinking it would help me loose some weight and I didn't lose any. I gave it three stars because they weren't bad but just didn't work for me.”
“Personally I really enjoyed the taste. I’ve always done pressed juicery and the combination of some of the greens leave an off putting aftertaste but the juices were pretty good. The protein smoothies felt like a treat. Personally it was a bit too sweet so I mixed it with a cup of iced Americano and it was the perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness from the coffee.
One thing that surprised me, was that I wasn’t rushing to the bathroom because of no 3. Usually when I juice I find myself needing to sit on the toilet often but didn’t have that kind of effect.
A benefit I felt by day 2 or day 3 was the clarity I felt in my mind. I’m usually feeling groggy in the morning and feel tired during meetings. But I felt very alert.
I lost a total of 5 lbs. and this cleanse was a great jumpstart to my path to eat cleaner, Whole Foods. I’m still going strong and currently losing a little less than a lb a week.”
“The taste is better than expected. My favorite is the greens. It tastes nothing like you'd expect for something green. These are very filling, and I lost 3 lbs. I have more energy and my digestion has improved. I'm moving on to the next stage of intermediate fasting support.”
“My husband did the 3 day protien cleanse, and I did the 5 day. Always felt satiated, everything was clean, super tasty. The conveience of being able to grab and drink, removed barriers that can accompny cleanses, or even making healthy choices in general. I felt good. Like really good. I lost 6 pounds, but that was just a nice side-effect, and not the point. We're going to make this part of our regular routine. I highly reccommend!”
“My husband took the protien pack cleanse while I did the low sugar. He seemed fine with it. Much easier to do with your partner so you don't have so many food temptations. We also were able to try a sip of each other's to see if would like one over the other. He preferred the smoothie, I preferred the juice. Both are happy!”
