I purchase the 3 day cleanse which contains a total of 18 juices, but I consume only 4 juices a day rather than all 6. Which gives me extra days to cleanse. I always lose up to 6 pounds when doing the cleanse and the juices in my opinion are tolerable, not a fan of the sweet greens juice but overall the juices tastes great. Worth the money I definitely recommend getting this cleanse if your needing a healthy reset.”
“I lost some weight, but, I've lost more weight on other cleanses that cost less. I did not, I repeat, did not like the juices. I didn't even finish the cleanse. I threw out the last 2 days. I ended up feeling very dizzy and week on my 4th day, more so than just the cleanse fatigue one feels briefly. I feel it was a waste of money for me, I'm disappointed.”
“The juices taste great and are surprisingly filling. I did find it I took them out of the freezer the night before, they were not thaw yet so I would have to take out in the morning for the next day. I was energized throughout the day but did supplement with some almonds, fruits and raw vegetables throughout. Loved that these were less calories and sugars than other cleanses on the market. I chose to do the cleanse after vacations and it helped to get back to pre vacay weight and fixed the acne breakout from dairy !”

“I can’t believe how unnecessarily sweet these are. It’s like they overloaded the apples to overcompensate for the more earthy tasting produce. Defeats the purpose of a juice cleanse to me. If people can’t handle the taste of veggies, then they shouldn’t do a juice cleanse. It seriously tastes like they used some Mott’s and added a chunk or leaf of the other produce. When doing a cleanse, I want it to taste and feel like I’m consuming something healthy. I see they have a lot of disclaimers about the sugar content so I assume I’m not the first to complain. I didn’t pay those any attention because I know some fruit has a high natural sugar content. But this was way too much of the sweeter ingredients. Stop trying to explain natural sugar to people and just adjust the ingredient ratio. I also don’t understand the freezing logistics. It’s only a 3-day cleanse your product should hold up for 3 days. You have to thaw them for 24 hours before drinking but it could take up to 48 hours depending on the refrigerator. Then you have to drink it within 24 hours. But then the instructions say if you don’t drink all of the juices in one day to save them. So if after 24 hours I can just keep them or refreeze them, what’s the point? I’ve never done a juice cleanse that couldn’t hold up at least a week. Just seems like unnecessary work. I’m really mad I wasted my money on this. I couldn’t even finish them because they were so sweet. I’ll stick to Pressed Juicery for my cleanses.”
