“I was very excited to try a juice cleanse and this did not disappoint! I prepared 2 days prior and then after my 3 days ended I missed my juices! I will definitly be doing a cleanse in the future, I noticed a big difference in my energy levels and cravings! The only reason I personally did 4 stars instead of 5 is beacuse I wish every bottle didn't get sweetened with the apple. I would have liked a couple juices to taste more like veggies than fruit. “I definitely enjoyed my 3 day juice cleanse and having a different juice to drink every 2 hours. I was easily able to make it without eating anything during the 3 days of juicing. I started at 185.3 and finished at 180.7. I just really need to be in the mindset to continue after the 3 days which is hard during winter in NE Ohio. I'll definitely do it again soon.
