“Ok, lets start off by saying everyone knows juice cleanses suck ok. Now that is out there, I did the skinny 3 day, started at 159 lbs (I am a 5'8" 40 yo female) and ended at 153. I am one week post cleanse and have maintaned 155. Not bad, losing 4 pounds for 3 days of juicing and 4 days of normal eating. This cleanse didn't have a typical creamy juice component with it, which was fine for me because they always taste chalky to me. I didn't care for the red juice in the pack, very sweet but the rest were great. The carrot juice was my favorite! Highly recommend and will be doing this quarterly. I felt amazing afterward.”
