“Had a delivery issue which was corrected efficiently with no issue. I did the 3 day cleanse for 3.5 days. My weight was up and down over the3 days but I ended the exact same as I started. The juices were good but I felt ittatable. I normally don't have cravings and instead of reducing/ eliminating I actually had them. All of a sudden I wanted food I usually didn't eat. Day 1 I had 6 juices and 1 cup of tea. Day 2 I had 5 juices and 1 cup of tea. Day 3, 6 juices . I felt disappointed in my results and felt it was very over priced for what I got. Day 4 since I also bought extra carrot juice and had a left over juice , I continued 1/2 the day. Really no positive changes. There is a Facebook support group that I was invited to join. I requested and weeks later it was still pending. I emailed the company and the moderator and sent a fb message and never got admitted to the group. Overall not worth the money or effort.”
Hi there - Lisa here, the nutritionist at Raw Generation. I'm sorry to hear that your cleanse experience was not what you had hoped for. Did you do the suggested 2-3 days or prep prior to cleansing? These pre-cleanse days can be very important in helping your body be able to flush out toxins more effectively. Another thing that helps is drinking a lot of water, in addition to the juices. As for the Facebook group, I apologize for the confusion there. We now have an employee dedicated to managing that group, and she is in there every day, accepting new requests and interacting with customers. “This was my first time trying this brand. The juices were ALL tasty! 3 days was just enough for my needs this time around. I like the frozen fresh and shipped. Arrived in 'timely fashion'. Not sure how much I lost, because I started this after a mini vaca, forgot to weigh myself morning of day 1. I did weigh on Day 2 and 3, lost 3lbs! I had been fasting so didn't expect a huge loss.”
