“My issue is the company never responded when I let them know the package arrived thawed and my concerns around the safety of them given there was no ice packs in the box even though the email said it would. The email stated: Your juices will arrive frozen along with blue, non-labeled bottles. These are non-toxic cooler packs, do not drink. On 7/21 I emailed the following: My shipment arrived but there was no cooler pack and they were all almost thawed out completely. Do I need to be concerned? I put them all in the freezer but I don’t want to get sick because they were not properly maintained during shipping. No response so I threw them out and took it as a loss. You should probably respond if you’re going to ask someone who paid over $100 for juice for a good review.”
