“I had never done a juice cleanse for more than 1 day, so my first extended experience was for the 3 day. My husband and I both participated, and I admit I was worried he would hate it. I was wrong! We were more than pleasantly surprised by how tasty and filling all the juices were, and how we were not starving. I actually felt so full that I couldn’t finish all 6 juices every day. We did eat raw veggies at different times during the day. I think the hardest part was when typical meal time was approaching and we would drink a juice and be done. It was an interesting experience/experiment and we would definitely do it again. We both needed the reset and ate very lightly for a few days after too.

We don’t “eat everything” but our food lifestyle is not an option. We follow a mostly paleo food plan. So we omit gluten, dairy, most grains and processed sugar. It felt great to give our digestive system a rest for a bit!!”
