I did the 5 day cleanse. To my surprise I wasn't hungry at all so I was able to be 100 % compliant . In have 5 days I lose all my bloat . The juices were delicious . My results were good . I am 5'5 and started at 140 lbs. and I lose 5.2 lbs. in 5 days . I didn't think I would lose that much since I was not really that heavy to start . Its been 2 weeks since the cleanse and I maintenance the same weight as when I needed the cleanse .
