“Really great restart! I drank 1 gal of water per day on it, which is my norm anyways. I didn’t notice a big difference in my skin but I only did a 3day cleanse. I did workout every day on it (HIIT type workouts, fairly intense) and noticed I was extremely depleted and fatigued easily - next time if I plan to work out during the cleanse I will do one with more calories/protein! The experience was great though - it was a mental challenge to not eat but sure was nice not to food prep for a few days!”
