“I enjoyed the 7 day skinny cleanse. It was a tough test of my will power. Post cleanse my sugar cravings were diminished. The cleanse along with incorporating more daily servings of vegetables has improved my overall diet. I plan on doing a 5 day skinny cleanse every few months now to "reset" my system.”
