“I'm a weight watcher, but gained 10-12 lbs from Covid and just can't shake it. I needed a jump start/change. I tried the 5-day skinny cleanse. I loved it!
Pros:
- didn't have to think about what I ate all day long for 5 days
- easy, loved the red/orange drinks, yummy. Green drinks were good too. Usually I had 1 green drink leftover at the end of the day.
- took bottles out of freezer 36 hours before, so 2 nights before the morning I wanted them
- you can also eat! the first day I just juiced, 2nd I added in a banana and green veggies, 3rd added almonds, 4th an avocado, and on the 5th I ate all those things.
Cons:
- expensive
- I took ibuprofen 3 of the days because...
- I had a gnarly headache at bedtime on day 2. I'm not a huge coffee drinker (maybe 2-3 a week).
- For some reason I had some body aches - like muscle aches, and I didn't work out much at all.
Overall, 5 stars and I would definitely do it again. I feel great!”
“This was a great cleanse. I am a big fan of resets, and this did the trick in between the larger holidays (Thanksgiving and Xmas). I felt great overall. The only complaint I had was that it was a little sweet.”
“The skinny juices were delicious and totally filled me up. I couldn’t finish all of them each day so I had leftovers to extend my cleanse. I had so much energy and and was never hungry. I will definitely do this every couple of months to give my digestion a break and do a reset.”
“Three of us did a 7 days cleanse, we all differed in preference; we all cut back on our coffees, two of us lost quite a bit of water weight, one of us didn't, we all felt somewhat differen after the 3rd day. We all recommend greater than 5 days only because a 3 day wouldn't have been long enough to break a cycle of habit.”
