“This was my first juice cleanse that I actually did earlier in the summer, and after some time reflecting on the experience, I would do it again! I purchased the 7 Day Cleanse, so while the amount of juice bottles I received was daunting (really big and heavy box), I was happy to have everything at my fingertips. Definitely stock your kitchen with healthier options to snack on if you need solid food. I had carrots, bananas, avocadoes, and a couple of salad containers to start. I highly recommend defrosting the juices a minimum of 2-3 days before you start. If a little bit of ice is leftover, I would let the bottle sit out for about 10 minutes and then gave it a good shake-up. I loved all the Green juice flavors - Cool Greens was my favorite, and I never got tired of Sweet Greens (PS there is a lot of them). The root based juices were interesting and I came to enjoy both of them over the course of my cleanse. Pro-tip: add vanilla whey/plant protein powder to the Citrus Carrot and it will taste like Orange Creamsicle! If memory serves me right, for the first 3 days I had 6 juices daily plus tons of water, coffee, and some snacks as needed. My remaining days I did incorporate a healthy dinner and reduced the number of juices since I wasn't as hungry. Overall, I did go down in weight (between 5-8 lbs) and I felt a bit more energetic. I think I'll go for either the 3 or 5 day cleanse next, either the Skinny or Protein (the flavors there sound interesting).”

“The juices tastes great but they are SUPER high in sugar. Even though its sugar from fruit -- it's still A LOT per serving (in some cases 29+grams!). I was really hoping it was more vegetable based ---but these are mostly fruit juice. I would caution anyone with diabetes or pre-diabetes to research the sugar content before purchasing.”
