“After 5 days on this juice cleanse I feel great and full of energy. No hunger pains at all. Juices and protein smoothies arrive frozen and once placed in the refrigerator each night for the next day use they are still semi frozen and perfect to use. Fresh clean taste.”
“Wouldn’t recommend. I ordered the 5 day juice cleanse. Started out great but by day 3 I felt so bad like I was getting sick from it, like my immune system wasn’t working. I stopped the cleanse on day 3 and ate a good meal consisting of fat and protein, 2 days after the cleanse I started to feel back to myself. The juice tasted great but I’m still trying to understand how it’s sold as being healthy. The nutrients from the juice are useless without being consumed with fat for you body to absorb them. I thought of this AFTER I purchased the cleanse lol. Also, my hair and skin hated this cleanse, they both got dry. I’m assuming this was for the lack of fat and protein. Regardless, I will not be buying again bc I truly think this is unhealthy.”
