“I’ve done a water fast with the master cleanse, intermittent fasting, so I figured to try a juice cleanse. I successfully got through 3 days with migraines and heavy fatigue. The ugly truth about getting rid of toxins in your body. I loved it because my boating with down and the water weight left my system. Day 4-7, I would suggest hiding your juices from other family members cuz they are that good that I only had 3 of 6 juices for my last days. “What a great cleanse! Delivery was quick, completely well packaged, and fully frozen (despite sitting in my hot office for an 8 hour day). Even giving 24 hours to defrost, I still had some "slushiness" to some of the juices, which was a nice textural advantage. Each drink was tastier than the next, and though I was a little big hungry each day, I felt completely satisfied.
