“I didn't take any before and after pictures. But I highly recommend this cleanse. I did the 7 day protein then 3 day skinny. I lost 12.4 ounces. Its been a week and I haven't gained. I ordered the 30 day celery for my mornings then I am drinking the 6th drink I didnt drink on cleanse for lunches till it runs out. “Wasn’t crazy about the taste of some. I only did 3 days & by day 3 I was tired of not chewing anything (I did snacks, but it wasn’t enough). I honestly was not hungry after drinking these it was just the fact that other than snacks I wasn’t chewing. I think if I can get over the mental hurdle, then it wouldn’t be so bad. results were good. I didn’t lose weight, but it got rid of the bloating, which was my goal. I certainly recommend & would do it again, but probably just for 1 or 2 days here & there.”
