“I lost 8 pounds which is good but I know most of it was water weight. The juices were pretty good. Probably needed more calories in the day especially since I continued to stay active. Only consuming juice for every meal gets old obviously. Didn’t really feel tired or hungry often. Definitely stayed super hydrated. No upset stomach issues which was nice. Price point was good. Got some friends to try it out now for the protein one. Was it awful? No. Would I do it again? Probably not. But I did appreciate the experience and proving to myself that I have the self control to do something I don’t want to do.”

“Compared to other cleanses I've done, this was the most bare. Like 700 calories a day bare. Others I've done have had more filling juices or just more juice in general, not 12 ounce, but 16 or 24 per bottle. On the surface this doesn't seem like a huge deal, but it is expensive so you want to make sure that you're getting your money's worth AND feeling great. I was the most hungry I've ever been during this cleanse so I'll probably switch back to Juice from the Raw or Jus by Julie moving forward. You get more for your money with less hunger and similar results.”
