“The cleanse is actually pretty delish (aside from Tarte Greens which I usually had to close my eyes and chug. It’s very easy to follow and although I did a 3-day cleanse, I felt I could go on for a whole week. I felt so good afterward (and lost 6lbs!). I don’t crave unhealthy food ever and find it super easy to make healthy recipes. I didn’t feel super deprived when I worked out during the cleanse either. I’m super excited to do another one!”
