“We decided to do the cleanse to recharge our bodies after not eating so healthy during the holidays. The skinny cleanse is great. The first day was hard to get used to, but the flavors were wonderful. I was concerned about feeling hungry and weak but I feel great. I drink a lot of water with lemon to help detox. I also like the option of eating a few raw vegetables if needed. Overall this process was easy to follow. I am a healthy eater and do not eat out or eat meat so it was easy to follow for me. The next day right away the feeling of bloating in my stomach was gone. My husband suffered during the cleanse. After all, he usually eats processed food because he travels frequently. During the process, he had joint pains, headaches, and was weak. I told him his body was detoxifying and to relax and enjoy the journey. Overall this is a great way to recharge your body to continue on a healthy eating lifestyle. I will do this twice a year. BTW I lost five pounds.
