“This was my first time doing a cleanse and the decision to do a 5 day cleanse was for multiple reasons. One, was to see if I could find some relief from a constant feeling of bloating. I eat healthy for the most part but every time I would eat I would feel bloated afterwards. Two, was to see if I could discipline myself without any serious loss of energy or hungry. Three, was to shed a few pounds if possible as I work out 5 times a week and the weight seems to still just stick to me. Results - Excellent in all three areas. I was still able to work out and didn't find myself lacking energy nor was I hungry. Felt great to have my clothes fit properly again too. I didn't weigh myself as I wasn't obsessing about the weight but I can tell I lost probably 4-5 pounds. Looking forward to 3 months from now to do it again.”
