“I did a 7 day cleanse. Felt great afterwards and the juices were delicious and more than enough for the day. I would usually end up only drinking 4 or 5. Also noticed that by day 4 my cravings went away. Had an issue with fedex shipping but the raw generation team was all over it and was very responsive.”
“I would have been happy losing 5lbs iin 5 days but I lost 10lbs!!! It wasn't easy but I stayed disciplined and set a schedule. Had 1/2 cup of coffee at 9am, juice at 10, 12, 2, 4, and 6. Water the rest of the evening. The only negative was I could not drink the Tart green but that was okay bc I had plenty of the others. I plan on doing thing every 3 to 4 months.”
“I did the three day "Skinny Cleanse" from Raw Generation. I ended up losing just over 4 pounds. I supplemented this cleanse with raw vegetables because I am the type of person who needs to chew on something every now and then. Cucumbers, Celery, carrots, etc.
The juices were all VERY sweet. Like cloyingly sweet. I enjoyed the taste of them initially, but by day two I was over it. I would recommend Raw Generation use less apple juice in their juices and more fibrous greens such as kale and collards.
Other than the sweetness, I enjoyed this cleanse. It gave me the reset I needed in my routine. Delivery was fast and the juices arrived frozen. All in all, I would recommend this cleanse to a friend, but I will warn them of the sweetness.”
“This product delivers. I lost more than 5 pounds in the 3 days! The flavor of the juices were all fabulous. I appreciate that they can be consumed in any order. Great cleanse.”
“I did a five day cleanse and lost 9 lbs. I had a lot of energy and I’m going to do it again in the near future. I did incorporate a few protein smoothies as well every day since I am a male. Overall, it went very good.”
“I love everything about these juices! They taste incredible and make you feel like you are giving our body the nutrients it wants and deserves!
I also had a couple questions and customer service could not have been more efficient and helpful! I am a Raw Generation Addict for sure!”
