Yes, you will drop a few pounds on the cleanse - and if you want to keep them off you can't go back to your poor eating habits. I've done the 7 day cleanse and the 5 day. I actually find the cleanse satisfying and don't feel hungry or have any negative physical issues (like a headache). I still do light exercise while on the cleanse but definitely don't push my body.”
