“This was my first 3 day juice cleanse and I am happy with the outcome. I realized day one I couldn't do juice alone so I included raw veggies as needed. I also had an avocado and banana and that helped keep me full. Since ending my cleanse I am down 4 lbs and have a loy.more energy. I don't have any cravings and my appetite has decreased some. I am not bloated after eating and really only want to eat healthy, clean foods. I would definitely do this again.”

“I lost 4 pounds on the 3 day cleanse and was able to keep it off, so this was worth every penny. Most of the juices taste good - there was only one I didn't really care for so I would just skip that one. If I felt myself getting really hungry or like I needed to chew something, I would have a handful of raw almonds or raw baby carrots. I also continued to drink black coffee. I'll most likely do this cleanse again, since I had such great results!”
