“I started the juice cleanse yesterday 5-12-19. Although I just started I wanted to weigh myself just to see if I had lost weight with one day of juicing and I lost a pound. Can’t wait to weigh myself once I am done with the 5 days. The only downfall is the sugar content. By consuming the skinny cleanse you’re taking in 135 grams of sugar!! My daily goal per my fitness app is 45 so I was over by 90 grams which made sense since I had difficulty swallowing all that sugar.
