“I never read the fine lines. My juice took 4 days to thaw, not knowing which day it would be ready was too difficult to plan to juice considering I eat leftovers with a busy schedule. The juices were out so long I did not trust the freshness of them and reluctantly had to throw them away. Customer service was lacking completely as well.”
