“My friend and I did the skinny cleanse and we were super happy about it. The juices are tasty and more than enough to get you through a day (we usually had 4-5 of them). We did cleasing to detox more than to loose weight and it felt like it worked.”
“The amount of shakes are set whether you are 120lbs or 230lbs. The instructions say drink to hunger, but you only get a set amount of drinks for a set amount of days. I would say 50% of the flavors are tasty, some are outright gross. Customer service was amazing, however. I did lose 13lbs in three days.”
“I was doing fine two weeks prior to my planned juice cleanse with eating veggies, no meat, days before I was to start my fast I broke down and ate a pint of ice cream so I post-phoned my fast for a few days, then I had a strong unquenchable desire for beef liver onions and rice, so i broke down again, post-phoning again.
