“This was my second time doing that 5 day Skinny Cleanse and I really enjoy the reset. I personally, do not use this cleanse for weight loss purposes, but rather as a fresh start. This time around I chose a time in my life where I was extremely busy, with no social obligations. I find that it is extremely difficult for me to do a cleanse when I have nothing going on because I eat when I'm bored, but difficult when I have a lot of social obligations because I'm surrounded by food. A week when I was bombarded at work was great because I wasn't bored and the convenience of not having to worry about food shopping/preparing meals made my week easier. I always enjoy the juices, the taste is honestly great and the cleanse shipped in a very timely fashion.”
