The juices are delicious, filling and so different that you never get bored. I was worried that I would still want to eat and chew but I was fine, they really do satisfy you and give your body what it needs. “I am almost done with 4 days of my 7 day Protein Cleanse. So far I am very happy and have not found it too difficult to maintain. I had headaches the second day that were pretty brutal, but they have subsided and my body has felt great since.
I have been drinking 5 juices a day instead of 6 and snacking on vegetables or fruit if I need additional food. I love the flavor of the protein juices. My own personal preference is that I do not love the green one or the beets. I think it may be more of how the carrots taste in the beet juice that turns me off a little. But I do not really dislike any of them.
I will almost definitely do a Raw Generation Cleanse again, but I will customize the juices.”
