“I did my research prior to purchasing the Raw Generation Skinny Cleanse. I saw poor reviews regarding customer service and mixed reviews regarding the juices. However I was crossing my fingers and hoping for a good result. I submitted my order and emailed to notify when I wanted to receive my juices, I got a quick email response during regular business hours. I was notified when my package was sent and it arrived quickly. The juices were fairly tasty. Overall, I will say I had a good experience with Raw Generation. I appreciate the pamphlet provided regarding modifying a cleanse however I wish there was a bit more information on how to ease back into food once done with the cleanse. I also liked the labels as it was a bit encouraging to keep with the juice cleanse during rough moments.
I actually forgot to put my drinks to defrost in the fridge 24 hours prior to consumption so I am not sure if I did it right. However the juices were more slushie like which assisted with not missing to chew so much. I felt full on day 1 and actually did not drink all my drinks that day. I did not drink as much water as I should have because I was so accustom the act of drinking based on the juices that I forgot. That made my commute home a bit difficult as I felt a bit woozy in my head and stomach. As soon as I got home I drank water and that helped. My fiance had pizza for dinner and the smell was calling me so I had to distant myself. Day 2 I did not plan my drinks properly as I was out doing stuff so I did have a bit hunger pains around dinner time. I picked up food for my fiance of which the smell was not having such an impact on me but I was missing the notion of chewing. I wanted to know how to go back to eating after the juice cleanse and doing research of food was very trying on my mind, so I stopped. Good thing I had already developed a fruit and vegetable grocery list prior to receiving the juices. By day 3, I was over it. I missed foods and was tired of rotating the flavors. I found that certain vegetables were more vibrant when I drank the juice and wondered if it had anything to do with the cleanse or maybe the way the juice was defrosting. I always shook the bottles before taking a drink but I found them to be more grainy of which made it VERY difficult to enjoy. I did feel that I could keep with drinking but wanted more flavors. I would even consider the juices and soups combination as that would let me think/feel that I could sit and eat with others.”

This was my first juice cleanse and I really wanted to like it, but I have to say I was very disappointed. I just finished the 3 day cleanse and didn’t lose any weight. More importantly, I didn’tvfeel “cleansed”. I felt tired, hungry, and overall not great. Really wanted to like it, especially because of the price. Needless to say, I won’t try this again.”
