“My husband and I both did the 3 day cleanse together. Firstly the juices were a hit or miss with taste. Probably 4 of them were not good and we just had to chug it to get through it. Secondly, it took more than 24 hours to thaw, we wound up putting them in warm water to thaw the rest of the way and back into the fridge. Third, for my husband, he did not lose any significant weight, he lost about 3lbs. As for me I lost about 5lbs but see no difference. I feel bloated and uncomfortable. Other juice cleanses I’ve done have given me great energy, but this cleanse made me exhausted. All I wanted to do for the past three days was sleep. Overall maybe this wasn’t the juice cleanse for us but unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it to any of my friends or family.”
“Bought the Skinny Cleanse Package for 3 day supply.. I really enjoyed the juices, protein drinks and soups. Very tasty and satisfying. I actually couldn't fit in all 6 mixes in one day, so I carried over to today, which is my 4th day. I lost 4 pounds which is 1 pound a day! That is great. After the holidays, I needed to get my body out of fat-storing mode. This definitely did the trick because I feel energized. I will definitely be ordering again. It would be nice if the shipping wasn't so costly, but I know that it is what it is. Very good product.”
