Mostly though I want to say that the juices were very tasty. I've not been a big fan of vegetable juices but these were very good and best of all I lost 7 lbs.

“This was my first cleanse and while it was difficult I feel like I had a great support system in your company. I was emailed several different tips and suggestions pre, during and post cleanse. Thats awesome and super helpful for someone like me who is new to this. Things that I thought would be hard weren't. I thought I would be hungry constantly and just waiting to guzzle the next drink. It wasn't like that for me at all. I was actually really full and finishing all 6 bottles in a day was hard. I was able to work out the first day and felt great and then for the next 2 days I felt I shouldn't given the heat and humidity.
