“My fiance and I have purchased from Raw a few times and had no problems, to the points where we've actually referrad our friends to use this service. This experience however was very different. I ordered my cleanse on Nov 24th and was told in the confirmation email I would receive another email confirming when my order would be delivered "within hours" of my order. No such email came so 24 hours later I emailed RAW explaining this and asking when my order would arrive. Rather than getting an apology from my delayed order, I received a rude email from someone called Amanda who simply said "we have 400 orders over thanksgiving, you'll get your order confirmation when it's shipped". Five days later I got my confirmation. Generally very unimpressed and I won't be ordering again.”
