“Regarding the 3-Day Cleanse.... Overall it was a positive experience that I'd do again. I wasn’t sure what to expect since the majority of the comment are from females that say they lost 5-8 lbs in 3 days and 3 inches from the waistline. That did not happen for me. I did lose some weight, stomach got tighter, decreased size of belly & I may have lost a little on my waistline but not sure. Aside from my desired but unexpected “melt away my weight/fatâ€� fantasy, I would do it again.
What sold me on doing it again was the way I felt after 3 days. I felt rejuvenated and energetic. Simply put, I felt great.
For the juices, some tasted good and some not so good. I did not look forward to 2 & 4. Those were hard to drink. I didn’t sip on them and enjoy the taste. Also, a plus, this cleanse/detox, didn’t make me run to the bathroom all day for any of the 3 days. You could drink this at work and not be worried about destroying a stall or having to wear your running shoes.
Here is what I would like to try…. do the 3 day cleanse for 4 weeks. That will allow you to eat 4 days a week, and cleanse for 3 days. I would need the 4 day break to eat, not binge, but eat healthy. I could see achieving “my� expected results from this cleanse if I took the time & expense to do that.
