I became severely ill after drinking three juices. Unfortunately, I was unable to finish the product and wasted the majority of my $99. However, I understand that everyone's body is different and processes these juices differently. Ironically, I am a healthy eater. I juice regularly and drink green smoothies. I assumed this would be a cake walk. But on day 2, the toilet was my best friend.

We didn't really like the taste... One or two of them were ok but overall we were disappointed.

We bought this from a Groupon deal. We didn't realize we would be charged extra for the shipping. When my husband called, they told him too bad you bought it. We were charge $65 twice for two separate orders. They came together in one box. I'm not sure why we were charged for 2 separate orders when they were chipped together. The taste of the product is bad. I have tried adding different flavors, but there is no disguising the apple, spinach, kale, collard flavor. We will never buy the product again.

Ordering from RAW was easy. My order arrived the very next day which was a pleasant surprise. The juices were well packed in styrofoam and were completely frozen still. I followed the directions and got started on Sunday (shipment came Saturday). I have been trying to lose weight for 5 years now. Spent lots of money on every pill and powder cleanse out there. I was desperate to do something for a wedding I was invited to so when I saw this on groupon I ordered it. I also gave myself the talk which was basically follow the directions of the cleanse which is for the next three days drink 6 bottles of juice (label 1-6) and in between if needed eat raw fruits and veggies ( I only needed to on day one) Day 1: was the hardest. BUT hang in there it will be worth it. Remember if you eat anything it cancels out the cleanse you have to start over so hang in there tomorrow will be better. DO NOT watch any tv or read magazines where there is food ads trust me on this. Eat some carrots to tide you over. I did not experience any headaches I was not hungry I was just anxious to eat because that is what I do best but I stuck with it and I was expecting day 2-3 would be difficult but by day three I wish I could keep going. On day 4 I weighed myself to find I had dropped 10 pounds. Go figure. The juices are delicious very sweet which I couldn't understand and was skeptical I would lose weight with so much sugar 26 grams but it worked. It has been one month and I regained two pounds due to booze I think but I will try this again and again because it is convenient, tasty, and I look and feel great. Apart from the high shipping cost $30 I cannot complain about this product. I took my juices to work people were turning up their noses but you have to do what's best for you. I even recommended it to my boss I can't wait to see if he did it he's been trying to lose weight for as long as I lol.

I recently purchased a 3 day cleanse with Raw Generation, and I couldn't be more dissatisfied. Since I live in the same county as the distribution warehouse, I decided I would save some money on shipping and just pick up my product at their warehouse (which is an option that they provide). Raw Generation is only open Mon-Fri 9-4pm, which makes it hard for someone who works a 9-5 Mon-Fri to get there. But, I decided anyway that I'd still rather pick it up than get it shipped. So I coordinate with a representative via email, and then I left a voicemail the morning of my pickup date, confirming that I will be at the warehouse at 3 pm to pick up my juices. I leave work 3 hours early that day to get there by my 3 pm time because my job is about an hour away. Get to the warehouse exactly at 3 pm, knock on the door, NOBODY there! Call them to let them know I'm standing out in the POURING RAIN waiting to pick up my juices, NO ANSWER. Email them to find out where they are, and if someone will be coming back to the warehouse, NO RESPONSE until the next night at 7:10 pm. I'm reading some of these comments on how customer service is good here, but I would have to disagree. What happened is unacceptable. I left work early that day, and missed out on getting paid for a couple of hours. I was ok with that, granted I would be picking up my juices. Since nobody was there, and I didn't get my juices, I wish I never would have left work early that day. Just the other day, I got an apology reply. They said they closed early due to the hurricane. There was no hurricane though. It blew out to sea. Even if there was a hurricane, it's the responsibility of customer service to let me know that they will be closing, and I shouldn't waste my time and gas money heading to the warehouse. Just a horrible experience.
