For example, it says that if you subscribe, it will waive the shipping costs. When I subscribed, it did not waive the shipping costs. When I called to discuss this, it was very difficult to get a hold of anyone.
Additionally, the product that I was interested in was not properly described. I had to go through numerous reviews to know that the product was powder based instead of pressed from fruits and vegetables.”
