“I purchased the skinny elixir . The caffeine content must be quite high because I developed heart palpitations while using it. I have a freezer full and stupidly still have credit for a second months worth. I am able to tolerate one a day (rather than the recommended two) if I dilute it in 32 oz of water and nurse it along throughout the day. My plan was to take them over the winter to help boost immunity and stay well. I can still do this but not at the recommended dose of two bottles per day.”
