“I had high hopes because of the reviews but the juices took way over 24 hours to thaw out (despite the instructions) and then that ruined the timing of my cleanse, as I had specifically ordered them at a certain time. I have done many juices cleanses before and this one was by far the least productive. At first sip the juices taste pretty good, however the sugar content is very high compared to most juices and the taste is very similar among all 6 juices, therefore it makes drinking all in one day very difficult. I was hoping this would be a new company I could order from on a regular basis, however I'm afraid it will not be.”
“I feel that a more thorough explanation of the benefits of each cleanse and their duration's would be helpful. An expanded/more thorough 'what to expect' section perhaps. I also feel that providing a general timeline of when to consume each juice would help. The weight and/or portion size of supplemental fruits and vegetables would be helpful, along with a list of specific ones to choose and/or avoid. I guess I just found the directions to be willy-nilly and more like suggestions than specific instructions or true guidance.”
“Unfortunately, my delivery not only arrived 3 days later than the original scheduled delivery, but it was delivered to the wrong address. By the time a neighbor brought it over to me, the product was completely melted and not able to consume. I am aware that this is not your fault at all, but the fault of the delivery system. However, I was still unable to use my cleanse. I contacted customer support and they did fully refund my purchase. That process was very simple and I thank you for that. However, due to the issues with delivery, I cannot rate the cleanse and am unlikely to order again. I have a hard time spending that much money not to have my delivery guaranteed.”
