“I was really happy with the product and outcome of this product. This was my first extended juice cleanse, so I am glad I bought the pre-made juices, which were easy to follow and tasted pretty good (except the spinach/kale, every other got a little old). I already made my own juices and will continue to do so, but now do my own occasional juice cleanses that I make myself, knowing how simple it is. I loved how energetic and light I felt after and never really found myself hungry - only occasionally wanting to eat out of habit. I also worked out pretty vigorously on thecleanse, so I had a couple handfuls of almonds and a protein shake at one point during the three days.”
