My replacement order doesn't seem to have shipped and my second order is lost in transit somewhere. So I've spent nearly $600 and have received nothing. I am beyond disappointed. Should have ordered the Suja cleanse instead of this one - everyone I know that ordered that received it on time with no issues. This is truly the worst on-line buying experience I have ever had.”

“I was mislead with Rue La La's advertisement of your brand. I placed the order and was expecting the juices to arrive promptly after. They did not come and I had travel plans. I had to contact Rue La La to see why the delay, they informed me I had to pay an additional amount in shipping. I had to pay an additional $111 to ship your product in addition to the $558 I paid just for the initial deal. That was backwards to me, the juices came but I was out of town. They are currently in the freezer, not sure if I can drink them. In all, feeling mislead from the order process and I haven't tried the product. I was really looking forward to this healthy detox.”
