The new green elixirs don't taste very good and I haven't felt much of a difference in my cravings/fullness... but I just started with them and enjoy the burst of clean energy they give me in the mornings! Your cleanse is a little more difficult for me than others have been. I think it's mostly due to a lack of a thicker juice later in the day (like an evening almond milk). I know you have your methods, and your juices are super tasty, but it's very satisfying to have something a little more substantial later in the day and helps me stick to my cleanse.”
