The only negative for me is that I never seem to lose the 8lbs in 5 days as advertised. This time I did a 10 day juice cleanse and only lost 5 lbs all together. All I had were the juices and the trail mix. Also I wasnt a fan of the trail mix. I only ate 1 of my 3 bags.
I recommend this cleanse for a reset but not so much for weight loss. I dont really recommend the trail mix.”
