I bought the 5 day detox. I was able to stay strictly on Juicing only for two days and did add fruit.
Surprisingly was not hungry but was hard not to want to have food. I then incorporated juicing most of the day and added a small salad.

“I loved the experience, and most of the juices. I have to say the beet juice that I had in my three day juicing tasted like dirt. I had to choke it down. However, the kale juice (which I believe was called Julie) was amazing. I absolutely loved it and was glad to drink it several times a day. My skin quickly improved and my cravings for sugar dropped substantially. So all in all, I'd choke down the beet juice again if it meant these types of improvements in my health.”
