“No good deed goes unpunished. As a diabetic and someone who was looking to boost their immune system and detox, I tried this product. After 3 days of only using the raw juice blends (no outside foods at all) I gained 7 lbs in 2 days. I became backed up and could not understand what was happening. With further research, even though they are juiced, our bodies cannot actually digest these easily. So unfortunately, I did not have a great experience and threw away the last few I had. I also must say, the “beet roots” was the worst. Tastes like the title, dirt.”
