Hi Morgan, Lisa here, Raw Generation's company nutritionist. While I can appreciate that everyone has their own opinions, your claim is not based on "facts" at all. I have used cleansing of all types with my clients for over 20 years with an enormous amount of success. Not only is there a jumpstart to weight loss (yes, more than just water weight, although that happens as well), but the body begins the detoxification process by flushing out toxins. At the same time, the body is being flooded with pure, real nutrition that can only be found in raw fruits and vegetables. In addition to all of this, cleanses of this type eliminate intense sugar cravings and promote better digestion, energy, mental clarity, and clearer skin.
