“I am the most skeptical person about EVERYTHING and this was my first juice cleanse. I have been struggling with my weight and a strong sugar addiction for about 3 years and have tried so many different diets and health routines with minimal results so I choose these 3 days as a reset button for my digestive system and for my overall eating habits. For me is was pretty easy to only drink 5/6 bottles a day and feel satiated, which I know isn't everyone's experience, but energy levels were up, sugar cravings were nonexistent, and I was still able to do my 30min morning workout routines. Feeling this good has kept me motivated to continue eating much smaller portions and mostly veggies and lean meats which was exactly my goal. I was 161 lbs on Day 1 and by Thursday I was 153 lbs.
Nothing is a "quick fix", but would highly recommend for someone that needs to see and feel some initial results to stay motivated for the lifestyle overhaul!”
“the juices were gross and they did not defrost fully so they were hard to drink, I put them out several days in advance and they still remained frozen. But I love juice, even health juices but these juices made me gag and were hard to drink continually.”

“I did the 3 day cleanse. It was a little hard for my husband and I to not eat, so what we did is we had one meal a day and we ended up using the 3 day juices and extended them to last us 5 days. My husband lost 7 pounds and I lost two. Regardless, I’ll do it again because I felt great afterwards.”
