“I love the taste of all of the juices! Ive been purchasing from raw generation for a few years now and the juices just taste better and better. I enjoy doing the cleanse. I always end up with more energy and feel all together better. I find that this cleanse is a great way to reset when Ive been eating out too much or drinking too much.
The only negative for me is that I never seem to lose the 8lbs in 5 days as advertised. This time I did a 10 day juice cleanse and only lost 5 lbs all together. All I had were the juices and the trail mix. Also I wasnt a fan of the trail mix. I only ate 1 of my 3 bags.
I recommend this cleanse for a reset but not so much for weight loss. I dont really recommend the trail mix.”
