“Very nice, it was my first cleanse, so I would have probably done the higher protein one, had I paid any attention to that. But it was great, I wanted to continue past 3 days, as the first two days were awful. By the 3rd day, I felt fantastic. I think I was detoxing :'D”

“Purchased 3-day cleanse (18 juices) as a gift for my friend in Texas and I live 1500 miles away in California. Dont have photos of damage as this was a gift and friend wasnt given any info from company to take pictures etc if items didnt arrive undamaged. She told me 8 of the 18 bottles of juice were leaking/undeinkable and therefore tossed away the bad ones and cleaned up the remainder which is the normal
Response. I purchased 3 days worth of juices and she only got approximately 1.5 days worth of very expensive juices.
This was sent as a surprise gift on being cancer-free/bday gift. i also purchased the insurance ( shipping assurance) just in case & contacted support letting them know of the situation.
They asked for photos but as it was a gift and recipient didnt know to take any plus I purchased thr shipping assurance insurancr, yet im unsure what i can do. The Raw Gen Juice box didnt have a note or any into saying take pictures or keep evidence of damaged items. How is a gift receiver supposed to know to do that? Also I am purchaser did everything i could by purchasing assurance insurance.
Apparently this is an awful gift to purchase without a list of “just in case of damage and things you need to do if it arrives late, spoiled, etc). Im hoping the insurance I purchased is enough to cover the damage otherwise what’s the point of buying it? Please advise”
