We've tried doing our own juicing at home and we're just not those people (big mess, not a lot of product). BUT, we do love juices and the benefits we get when we give our bodies a juice break. And, if you really wanted to, they are a great base for a smoothie if you wanted to throw in your own extra fruits or something to jazz it up one day. “All the flavors were actually pretty good. They came frozen. The directions were easy and I was never hungry. The first two days I ate fruit in between. I actually did not drink all six of the juices the last three days and I was not hungry. The 12 ounces are more than enough.”
“Although I lost 5 pounds in 3 days, it came at big cost, other than the investment for the juices. It started with leg muscle cramps in spite of taking a daily supplement for just this purpose. I checked with Support, was told to increase my water intake. I did that, but was all ready getting up 3 times in the night to urinate. On the morning of the 4th day, my left leg muscle cramps were so severe, that I passed out getting out of bed and hit my head hard in the fall. I started eating once I felt better and threw the rest of my cleanse in the trash. This was not a good experience for me.”
