“I really enjoyed doing the 5 day Skinny Cleanse. I had never done a cleanse before so I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to complete it, but I usually eat mostly fresh and healthy so I decided to give it a try. The juices were good and I didn't feel hungry at all. I was missing hot food since it's the dead of winter, so I would have a cup of hot water with lemon which really helped. I think it's very important to ease back in once you finish the cleanse. The first thing you want to do is have a big bowl of something hot and heavy, but your stomach will thank you if you start off slow.”
“The juices taste terrible in my opinion. Hard to stomach. All except the cucumber,pineapple, aloe Vera one. Hard to stick to just juicing because it tasted so bad. Unfortunately I had to keep my juices frozen in order to ingest them. Way better as slushees.”
