“I purchased teh 5 day cleanse. It was a little harder without eating for 5 days. I did drop an additional 7 1/2 pounds from the first 3 day cleanse. I need to lose a lot more but it is expensive and after drinking fluids for 3 or 5 days, you do tend to gain back weight once you introduce food. This time, I am being very careful what I am eating and hopefully will be able to keep the weight off. I feel lighter and have more energy and can walk a mile now with having to stop and catch my breath.”
“Highly recommend these Juices, even if your not doing a cleanse. They are flash frozen and arrive at your door frozen. Just put them in the freezer as soon as you receive them. Place in fridge the day before you want to drink them. More cost effective than buying all of the fruits and trying to juice them at home.”
