“I bought mine from Amazon. It was well insulated, I wasn’t able to unpack it the day it arrived because I had a debilitating migraine. Next day when I unpacked they were still completely frozen. You store them in the freezer. If you want to drink next day, you need to place them in the fridge early in the morning the day before. The flavors are exquisite and truly natural. All the drinks in this set are good, specially the one with Spinach and Kale. They taste earthy.
I haven’t finished all my 5 days (30 drinks). Reason is that because this is my first time doing a juice cleanse, I felt I had to eat something so that my headaches wouldn’t get worse. Instead of drinking 6 Juices a day, I drink 2-3 juices and a meal or 2 of spinach with grilled chicken or boiled eggs. I try to keep my meals in small portions and healthy.
After 3 weeks, I did loose about 6 pounds.
While I didn’t do the strict 5 day cleanse to see faster results, I am much more happier that I have done it this way.
It has taught my body that I don’t have to snack every two hours out of boredom. That I don’t have to overfill my plate either just because I had a light breakfast. I was already used to always feeling full, bloated and uncomfortable. Being mindful of what I eat and drinking these in between has helped my stomach feel lean and satisfied. I have tried protein drinks and atkins shakes. Yet these have not had the same impact on me.
Perhaps I did buy this with the intention of seeing those lbs drop within a week, but instead I have established a healthier relationship with food.
It helps that I have eliminated coke, shakes, frappuccinos. That in itself helps you loose weight, but drinking these has helped me loose interest in the rest.
I will definitely continue purchasing these drinks, maybe try another plan. They are very pricey I admit, but to want something more affordable we would have to sacrifice the freshness and healthiness of the drinks.”
