“The juices were very refreshing. I completed a 5 day fast and was not hungry throughout the fast. I found that I didn't even need to drink all 6 juices each day. I ended up with about 6 or 7 left over bottles. I personally thought all of the juices tasted very good. I had plenty of energy and was able to get in my workouts without feeling exhausted.
I've never completed a juice fast before, so didn't know what to expect. I also had never purchased bottled juices before. After completing Raw Generation, out of curiosity, I purchased some other well known brands of bottled juices at my local store. Raw Generations taste is FAR better than any of the other brands I've tried so far.
I DID lose 7 lbs during the week and easily fit into some dress pants that were previously very snug! It was a great kick off to my 2019 health and fitness goals. I felt refreshed and ready for my year. Since completing the fast, I have been much more consistent with my intermittent fasting eating plan. I feel like it helped me break some bad habits that had crept into my life.
