“This was my first time doing a juice cleanse and I was pleasantly surprised. I lost 6lbs in 7 days and that was without much exercise. The Sweet Greens, Cool Greens and Citrus Juice were my favorite. One of the reasons I was able to stick with this cleanse was because of the taste of the juices. Also, being able to eat fruit and the cleanse soup really helped. I would definitely do this again, but I would do it for a shorter time. By the 7th day I was sick of the juices, not because of the taste, just because I wanted to eat something else. I will probably do a 3 day or 5 day one next. I feel lighter, but I do not see much of a difference in the mirror.”

“This product/cleanse did not work for me. It said I would lose 10 pounds and I didn’t lose any weight. I followed their instructions and stuck to the cleanse plan, but it left me extremely bloated, constant upset stomach, and inconsistent bowel movements. I don’t recommend as it was $239, so it’s pretty expensive.”
