“The first day is rough. I felt very weak and disoriented towards the end of the day. I wasn't expecting that. I normally fast for my religion so I thought that this cleanse would be a breeze. I felt better after the first day. I ate blueberries and broccoli every day to help me go to the bathroom and for fiber. Overall, I lost 6 pounds and kept it off. The juices made me feel very thirsty and I frequently had to urinate while on the cleanse.”
